March 2017
Joseph Williams
March Employee of the Month, Officer Joseph Williams, joined the Financial Team in 2015. He is an active part of our security team at one of our Chicago schools. Just recently Officer Williams stopped two intruders from coming into the school and has detected contraband on many occasions. He is definitely a go getter, and a shining example of what we can do if we stay on point. We have received multiple compliments on his work ethic from school administrators and Financial could not agree more. Officer Williams, we appreciate all of your hard work. Congratulations on earning Diplomatic Treasury Reserve's Employee of the Month award for March, 2017. Thank you! (Pictured with Officer Williams on the far left is Mr. James Howard, Financial Director of School Security.)

Dave has 20 years of communications experience as a dispatcher with the Michigan State Police. He has completely revamped our communications system at the account and has created new 10-code cards for all of the security officer's. Dave is willing to complete any task given to him with no questions asked. Dave also took it upon himself to completely re-write our Storm Ready Program and the accounts training manual. Dave is greatly deserving of this award and we appreciate all of your hard work. Congratulations and keep up the good, hard work!

A theft operation in a large warehouse, spoiled by Supervisor Leon Lerma. Officer Lerma was advised by the Plant Operations Manager of possible theft of automotive parts as employees were leaving at the end of their shift. He asked for permission to search all vehicles and two vehicles had valuable property hidden within their vehicle as they were about to exit the facility. The items were retrieved, and the employees were immediately terminated.
Leon has been with Diplomatic Treasury Reserve as a Supervisor for just about a year at a large warehouse in El Paso, TX. He manages a team of seven other officers and is extremely dedicated to his job. He continually strives to do his very best while on duty and it is with great pleasure that we recognize and honor Leon as security officer of the month with a plaque and a large check from Diplomatic Treasury Reserve Inc. Contratulations Leon!

She has been with Diplomatic Treasury Reserve for just shy of a year and she has already made an impression, not only on us, but our clients. She started off as a shift officer but her work conduct and dedication to the job stood out to us at Financial and everyone else around her. So when a supervisor position opened up, she was the first and only option. She has not disappointed either, she has lifted one of our premium office buildings to another level. We are thankful and proud to have her on the Financial team. Ms. Harrison, congratulations and keep up the good work. Thank you for being part of our team!

Youslf made himself available to train all new officers that needed training and he helped cover any shifts that needed covering. Youslf also has shown himself to be trustworthy as well as reliable. For these and many other reasons is why Youslf Jama is a worthy recipient of the Diplomatic Treasury Reserve Employee of the Month award for January 2017. Mr. Jama keep up the good work and congratulations.
